Shipping & Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order according to the shipping method chosen at checkout. Delivery dates provided are estimates only based on average transit times. We are not liable for any delivery delays and shipment of your order constitutes full completion of our obligations.
Title and risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. You are responsible for all import duties, customs clearance, local taxes and other fees for international shipments. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Returns & Refunds
Please inspect all products immediately upon receipt and contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return if you find any damage, defect or if the product is different than advertised. We will provide a pre-paid return label or refund postage costs at our discretion.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned products in new and unused condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for used, damaged, or customized products. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Product Warranty
All of our products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to the warranty card included with your product for coverage duration, limitations and instructions on obtaining warranty service.
